This page serves as the home of Snacks N’ Stories: a collection of recipes and stories gathered through Benn Mhàbu students’ 2025 community action project. Rooted in the heart of Mabou, the project brought community members together to share dishes of personal and cultural significance, each accompanied by the stories that give them meaning.
